Training Refund Policy

At MVM Labs, we strive to provide our clients with the best possible training experience. We believe in the quality of our training programs and are confident that our clients will be satisfied with the services we provide. However, we understand that there may be circumstances under which a refund is necessary. Therefore, we have established the following refund policy:

  • Refund Eligibility
    Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made prior to the first day of training.
  • No Refunds After the First Day of Training
    Once training has started, no refunds will be issued.
  • Exceptions
    In exceptional cases, we may consider a refund after the first day of training, at our sole discretion. Such cases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and a refund or partial may be granted if we determine that there was a serious issue beyond the control of the client.
  • How to Request a Refund
    To request a refund, clients must contact us by email or phone and provide their full name, the name of the training program they attended, and the reason for the refund request.
  • Refund Processing
    Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the refund request.
    Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
